Pricing & billing FAQ

Is there a free trial?+

The Team plan includes a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required at signup, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then and pay nothing. All other plans are billed immediately.

Can we change plans later?+

Yes — upgrade or downgrade in-app at any time as your program grows from a single team to a full multi-team org. Changes are prorated on your next billing cycle.

How does billing actually work?+

Billing runs monthly or annually through Stripe — annual gets two months free on every plan. Coach is billed per coach ($59/mo); Club is one flat price for the whole organization ($199/mo up to 5 teams); Club Plus covers up to 10 teams ($249/mo); Enterprise is custom-priced for your program. Cancel anytime.

Is player data private — especially for minors?+

Every team's data is isolated at the database level, so programs can never see each other's rosters, notes, or scouting reports. Because many players on the platform are under 18, we take data-privacy obligations for minors seriously and review our practices against current regulations.

What happens to our data if we cancel?+

You can export your full roster, lineup history, and notes at any time. If you cancel, your data stays available for export for a reasonable grace period before removal.

What support do we get?+

Coach, Club, and Club Plus include email support. Enterprise includes priority support with faster response times plus dedicated, consultative onboarding.
